Reservations for our cottage must be made by phone. You must be 21 years of age to rent. Half of the rental rate is due to hold your reservation date. The other half is due two weeks before your arrival, plus a seperate check in the amount of $300 for damage/cleaning. If upon our inspection, no repairs or excessive cleaning is needed, we will return that $300 check to you un-cashed.
